• Willingness to work in the field and travel as required

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

• Motorcycle driving skill with valid license is preferred

  Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of CS, SA, RS, ROR, City Survey, Mutation, Khatian & Mouza maps

• Ability to conduct field surveys independently

• Familiarity with land laws and documentation in Bangladesh

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented

Job Context:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Surveyor for our Legal Department to support land verification, measurement, demarcation, and legal documentation related to land and property matters.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct land survey, measurement, and demarcation as per legal and company requirements

• Verify land boundaries, area, and ownership details

• Prepare survey reports, maps, sketches, and measurement sheets

• Assist the legal team in land acquisition, mutation, registration, and dispute resolution

• Coordinate with local land offices (Land Office, Sub-Registry, AC Land Office, Survey Office, etc.)

• Support legal cases by providing technical survey data and field verification

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with land laws and company policies
