Develop and implement marketing & sales strategies
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Lead, guide, and monitor sales & marketing team
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Prepare sales reports and present to management
Coordinate with CRM, accounts, and other departments
Ensure proper customer follow-up and service quality
