Experience:
Minimum 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5-7 years in senior leadership roles.
Proven track record in managing HR functions in mid-to-large size organizations (preferably 200+ employees).
Experience in the ICT/technology sector or distribution business is highly preferred.
Demonstrated success in implementing HR strategies and organizational transformation.
Technical Competencies: Expert knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and relevant regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar platforms)
Strong understanding of compensation & benefits benchmarking
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven decision making Core Competencies

Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with STBL`s business objectives and growth trajectory
Lead workforce planning initiatives to support our expanding operations across multiple technology domains
Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier ICT professionals
Drive organizational development initiatives that support our culture of innovation and excellence
Talent Management:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for technical and non-technical roles
Implement robust performance management systems including appraisals, KPIs, and development plans
Design career progression pathways and succession planning frameworks
Lead talent development programs including technical training, leadership development, and skills enhancement
Manage employee engagement initiatives to maintain high motivation and retention
Compliance & Employee Relations:
Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements
Develop, update, and implement company HR policies and employee handbook
Handle complex employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary proceedings with fairness and professionalism
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on sensitive HR matters
Promote diversity, inclusion, and ethical business practices
Compensation & Benefits:
Oversee compensation structure, salary reviews, increments, and bonus programs
Design competitive benefits packages to attract and retain ICT talent
Coordinate with finance for accurate and timely payroll processing
Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning
Manage HR budget and optimize cost-effectiveness
HR Systems & Analytics:
Maintain and optimize HRIS/ERP systems for efficient HR operations
Generate comprehensive HR metrics, reports, and dashboards for management review
Utilize data analytics for informed decision-making on workforce trends
Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, documentation, and databases
Administrative Management
Facilities & Operations:
Supervise all administrative operations including office management, facilities maintenance, and space planning
Ensure smooth functioning of security systems, transport services, housekeeping, and utility management
Maintain safe, efficient, and professional workplace environments across all STBL locations
Vendor & Asset Management:
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements
Oversee procurement of administrative supplies and services
Maintain comprehensive asset registers and coordinate asset management
Optimize administrative budgets and control costs effectively
Inter-departmental Coordination:
Facilitate seamless coordination between departments for administrative support
Support business units with HR and administrative requirements
Ensure efficient communication channels and documentation systems
Leadership & Strategic Contribution
Executive Advisory:
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on all HR and administrative matters
Contribute to corporate strategy development with insights on human capital and organizational capabilities
Present comprehensive reports, analyses, and recommendations to leadership and board
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR & Admin team
Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and foster professional growth
