Responsibilities & Context:
Assist senior Pre-Sales Engineers in:
Solution design discussions and customer requirement analysis
Preparing technical presentations, diagrams, and proposals
Support in:
Assist in maintaining project, sales, and service data in the ERP system.
Preparing BoM (Bill of Materials) and technical documentation
Lab testing, POC setup, and solution validation
Participate in:
Product demos, internal training, and knowledge sessions
Learn:
Government & enterprise RFP/RFQ processes
Modern virtualization market trends and migration strategies
