Experience:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Direct guests to the appropriate person/department.
Maintain visitor logbooks, issue visitor passes, and ensure security protocols are followed.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Handle general inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
Support with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and conference room bookings.
Assist HR/Admin team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Ensure office supplies and stationery are well-stocked.
Maintain records of employee attendance/visits as required.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure a clean and safe office environment.
Provide support in organizing office events, meetings, and training sessions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or related field preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with professional appearance.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
