Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in time study and method study for metal button and ribbon production processes.
Support SMV calculation for different styles and accessories.
Help in line balancing to ensure optimum manpower utilization.
Monitor daily production efficiency, output, and performance against targets.
Assist in preparing capacity planning and production layout.
Collect, analyze, and report production data, efficiency reports, and KPI performance.
Support implementation of process improvements, cost reduction, and waste minimization initiatives.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams to improve workflow.
Assist in setting production targets and monitoring achievement.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Participate in new product development (NPD) and pilot production runs.
Any other work assigned by the management.
