Responsibilities & Context:
Payroll Management:
Independently operate and manage Payroll Software (Max IT) including data entry, verification, processing and report generation.
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and timely for all employees (staff & workers).
Ensure correct calculation of salary, overtime, attendance, leave, deductions, bonuses, arrears, and adjustments.
Handle Final Settlement for resigned, terminated, or retired employees as per company policy and labor law.
Manage Compensation & Benefits including salary structure, allowances, overtime policy, festival bonus, attendance bonus, and other benefits.
Maintain and update employee payroll master data (joining, increment, promotion, transfer, separation).
Coordinate with Attendance, Production, and Accounts departments to ensure accurate payroll inputs.
Prepare payroll-related MIS reports for management review (salary sheet, OT summary, cost analysis, headcount).
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, wage board, and factory policies related to wages and benefits.
Support audit requirements by providing payroll records, registers, and supporting documents.
Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll data and employee information.
Assist in salary disbursement, bank advice preparation, and cash salary coordination when required.
Continuously improve payroll accuracy and efficiency through system and process improvement.
HR Operations:
Maintain employee personal files, attendance, leave, and HR records.
Assist in recruitment activities (CV screening, interview coordination, joining formalities)
Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
Support confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer and exit processes.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
Any other task assigned by management.
