Experience:

• 2 to 4 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• BSc in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) / Textile Engineering / Apparel Engineering (BUTEX preferable).

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories

• Age At least 26 years

Skill Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SMV calculation, time study & motion study

• Expertise in line balancing & layout planning

• Knowledge of capacity planning & manpower optimization

• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, dashboards), MS Office

• Knowledge of IE tools (Work Study, Method Study, Lean, Kaizen, 5S)

• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus

• Ability to analyze production data & efficiency trends

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets

• Additional Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of garment operation breakdown

• Knowledge of machine layout, workflow & production flow optimization

• Capability to handle multiple production lines

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct time study and calculate SMV (Standard Minute Value) for garment operations.

• Prepare operation breakdown and line layout prior to production start.

• Perform line balancing to achieve targeted efficiency and productivity.

• Calculate manpower and machine requirements based on production targets.

• Monitor daily line performance and analyze efficiency variances.

• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

• Control and monitor WIP (Work in Progress) on the production floor.

• Support costing team with accurate SMV and production capacity data.

• Implement Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction initiatives.

• Prepare daily and monthly IE reports and coordinate with Production, QA, and Planning teams for continuous improvement.
