Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end merchandising operations including order management, costing, production follow-up, and buyer communication.

• Coordinate with production, planning, and commercial teams to ensure timely execution of orders.

• Handle ERP systems and maintain accurate merchandising documentation.

• Negotiate effectively with buyers and suppliers to achieve organizational goals.

• Monitor multiple orders simultaneously and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

• Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office tools.

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

• 9–10 years of relevant experience in merchandising within a reputed Buying House.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of merchandising processes and buyer communication.

• Good negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good command of written and spoken English.
