• Experience in IE & Planning department is highly preferable;
• Proven experience in RMG data analysis and reporting;
• Candidate must be proficient in Advanced Level Excel expertise;
• Writing & Speaking skill on English is mandatory;
• Experience in the large scale knit composite garments will be getting preference;
• Familiarity with data modeling software - Excel, Spreadsheets, Power BI, Data Studio etc;
Responsibilities & Context:
o Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality;
o Interpret (Production, Inventory, QC) data, analyze result using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports;
o Responsible for generation of production metrics, while providing insight and analysis on trends to drive more informed business decisions;
o Identify hidden patterns using different types of statistical methods;
o Co-ordination with planning department for allocation of similar styles, capacity plan, line plan and factory monthly plan based on the history of line and factory efficiency;
o Work closely with production team to understand the system requirements and execute solutions to meet business needs;
o Conducting analyses of production processes to identify opportunities for improvement;
o Analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
o Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets;
o Work with management to prioritize business and information needs;
o Preparing reports based on analysis and presenting them to management;
