Responsibilities & Context:

-Manage and maintain the ERP system to ensure smooth operations across departments.

-Maintain proper coordination and professional decorum with the Merchandising, Sample, Technical, Planning, Production team to ensure smooth ERP operations and accurate data flow.

-Coordinate with different departments to collect requirements and improve ERP functionalities.

-Ensure proper data management, reporting, and system accuracy.

-Provide training and support to employees regarding ERP system usage.

-Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with the software team / provider for solutions.

-Generate necessary reports for management decision-making.

-Effective Email and Business Communication skills.

-Any task assigned by management.
