• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.

Environmental Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with national environmental regulations and international buyer standards.

• Manage environmental permits, licenses, and regulatory reporting.

• Liaise with government authorities such as the Department of Environment (DoE).

Resource Management

• Monitor water, energy, and chemical consumption and develop reduction strategies.

• Implement waste reduction and recycling programs.

 Sustainability Programs

• Lead sustainability initiatives, including carbon footprint reduction, water stewardship, and energy efficiency.

• Support and maintain certifications such as LEED, Higg Index, ZDHC, OEKO-TEX, or ISO 14001.

• Prepare sustainability reports for buyers and internal management

 Chemical Management

• Ensure compliance with the MRSL/RSL requirements of major brands.

• Oversee chemical storage, handling, and disposal procedures.

 Audits & Certifications

• Prepare factories for buyer sustainability audits and environmental assessments.

• Manage corrective action plans following audits.

Training & Awareness

• Conduct environmental awareness training for employees and management teams.

• Promote sustainable practices throughout factory operations.
