The purpose of this position is to monitor orders, start to end by making plan and develop merchandising strategies, analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs, collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.

• To forecast order placement time and volume based on the communication with the customer for woven items.

• To analyze risk & critical path meeting with production as well as customer.

• Follow up to take packing list of approval from customer.

• To log the sample request to the sample room for all types of samples except production-related sample.

• To Customer satisfaction with production and shipment troubleshooting for smooth delivery.

• Follow up to booking of Fabric, lining, fusing greige & others.

• To check Production vs delivery, update the status in M&S system.

• To prepare all documents/approval to hand over the file to the Supply Chain for Execution.

• To check of Production vs RM flow.

• To Liability settlement with customer.

• To prepare bulk TNA and offer for customers to get PCCR/PO.
