Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Textile Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, Operations Management, or related discipline
Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, and audit systems.
Expertise in SOP development, documentation control, and process standardization.
Understanding of buyer compliance requirements and operational excellence practices.
Strong analytical and root cause analysis capability.
Leadership and team management skills.
• Implement and maintain the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with company policies and international standards.
• Develop, review, update, and control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, policies, formats, and quality documentation.
• Ensure document control processes including issuance, revision, approval, distribution, and archival of controlled documents.
• Conduct regular internal QMS audits and process compliance assessments across all departments.
• Monitor departmental compliance with established procedures, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Prepare audit findings, non-conformance reports (NCR), and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Follow up CAPA implementation and verify effectiveness within agreed timelines.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare quality performance dashboards and MIS reports.
• Assist departments in process mapping, workflow development, and business process improvement initiatives.
• Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, Risk Management, and Continuous Improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, buyer requirements, and organizational quality policies.
• Coordinate external certification audits, buyer audits, and surveillance audits.
• Analyze quality trends, process deviations, and operational risks and recommend improvement opportunities.
