Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and buyer requirements.
Conduct employee orientation and on boarding.
Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and absenteeism.
Conduct domestic inquiries and maintain disciplinary records.
Organize employee training and development programs.
Coordinate with compliance, administration, and production departments.
Assist during buyer audits, social compliance audits, and government inspections.
Promote employee engagement and welfare activities.
Ensure health, safety, and workplace policies are followed.
Support factory management in achieving HR objectives.
Maintain a regular presence on the production floor.
Monitor worker attendance and punctuality.
Counsel workers regarding attendance, discipline, and workplace behavior.
Resolve employee complaints and grievances on the production floor.
Build positive relationships between workers and management.
Conduct daily floor visits to monitor employee morale and working conditions.
Support supervisors in handling worker-related issues.
Ensure compliance with factory rules, labor law, and buyer Codes of Conduct.
Monitor workplace discipline and take corrective actions when necessary.
Assist in conflict resolution and prevent labor unrest.
Conduct awareness sessions on company policies, health, safety, and worker rights.
Coordinate worker engagement programs and welfare activities.
Report labor issues and employee concerns to HR management.
Support onboarding and orientation of newly hired workers.
Maintain records of counseling sessions, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate with production, IE, compliance, and administration teams.
Encourage effective communication between workers and management.
Perform other floor HR responsibilities assigned by management.
