Experience:

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Sweater Industry

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)

·Must have six months fire safety training course from Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defense (BFSD).

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Sweater Industry

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

· Ensure compliance with all fire safety regulations, factory safety standards, and buyer compliance requirements.

· Conduct regular inspections of fire detection, alarm, and firefighting systems.

· Monitor the operational readiness of fire extinguishers, hydrants, hose reels, fire pumps, and emergency lighting systems.

· Identify fire hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.

· Develop, implement, and maintain emergency response and evacuation procedures.

·Organize and conduct fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises regularly.

·Coordinate emergency response activities during fire or other emergencies.

·Ensure evacuation routes, assembly points, and emergency exits remain unobstructed at all times.

·Provide regular fire safety training and awareness sessions for workers and staff.

· Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), Fire Service & Civil Defence requirements, and buyer Codes of Conduct.

· Support internal, external, buyer, and regulatory safety audits.

·Maintain all fire safety records, certificates, inspection reports, and drill documentation.

· Prepare incident reports and recommend corrective actions.

· Monitor implementation of preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

· Maintain fire safety logs, inspection reports, training records, and equipment maintenance records.
