Quality Leader:

1. Lead and manages the day-to-day activities of the quality assurance function. Plan and assign tests, review reports, monitor progress, and ensure that product releases meet required standards for functionality, reliability, and usability.

2. Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection to ensure products meet quality requirements. Monitor and maintain quality control processes in manufacturing and injection molding operations.

3. Any other task given by management

   Embroidery Leader:

   1. Overseeing the production floor, scheduling jobs, ensuring quality control, and troubleshooting any machine or technical issues.

   2. Ensure embroidery quality standards and inspections and Supervise daily embroidery machine operations.

   3. Any other task given by management.
