A reputed Garments Accessories Manufacturing Company, located at Fakirapool, Motijheel, Dhaka, is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and target-driven marketing professional to strengthen its sales and business development team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities, acquire new clients, and consistently achieve assigned sales targets within the garments accessories sector.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities from garments factories, buying houses, sourcing offices, and export-oriented apparel manufacturers.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and business meetings.

Generate inquiries and convert prospects into long-term customers.

Promote the company's garments accessories products and services to potential buyers.

Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals.

Coordinate with production, merchandising, commercial, and accounts departments to ensure smooth order execution.

Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.

Prepare sales forecasts, business development plans, and periodic marketing reports.

Maintain an updated database of prospective clients and follow up regularly to maximize sales opportunities.

Represent the company professionally while maintaining a strong corporate image.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related discipline.

MBA/BBA in Marketing will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

9–10 years of practical experience in Marketing/Sales/Business Development within the Garments Accessories Manufacturing Industry.

Additional Requirements

Age preferably 32–45 years.

Proven track record of achieving challenging sales targets.

Strong network with garments factories, buying houses, merchandising teams, and sourcing offices.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Ability to identify potential clients and convert opportunities into business.

Strong leadership and relationship management skills.

Sound knowledge of the garments accessories market.

Good computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent command of both Bangla and English.
