• Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.

We are looking for dynamic talent as Senior Designer / Designer - Fashion Design & Development in the Design & Development Department at the Buying Office; Oxford Ltd. sister concern of Pretty Group.

Job location will be Head Office, Gulshan - 2.

• Design & develop by own research and following the buyer's trends.

• Make co-creation & collection design.

• Producing concepts by analyzing trends and target consumers.

• Making graphics/sketches by hand or on the computer.

• Ensure work on the sweater trend Report/client Mood/market Intel as Buyer's development program/upcoming seasonal development.

• Follow-up and confirm quality products through multiple processes (pattern, strike-off, yarn, knit down, and mockup)

• Attend trade shows and industry events to gain inspiration, network with industry professionals, and stay informed about the latest industry developments.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sampling, merchandising, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.

• Assist in maintaining and updating the display room for the buyer's visit.

• Provide proper documentation and reporting of work.

• Perform all other special tasks as assigned by the management.
