Experience:

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Quality management certifications such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, etc., will get more preference.

• Experience with the Columbia account is highly preferred.

• Lead the Columbia quality audit (QFI) team for final inspections and report to the Head of Quality. Act as the brand representative in manufacturing facilities.

• Manage quality operations (end-to-end) for the brand's order execution up to shipment, maintaining brand standards, and on-time delivery.

• Implement brand QA manuals, conduct monthly technical audits, liaise with brand QA teams, and ensure zero inspection failures or NCI at DC.

• Evaluate styles, review pilot/size sets, and attend PP meetings for proactive improvements.

• Identify, analyse, and eliminate garment defects through demanding corrective actions from the factory production team.

• Handle fittings, technical issues, and product evaluations; confirm sample requirements before submission to the brand.

• Organise technical training as per brand specifications and develop the factory team to meet brand expectations.

• Introduce new quality methods to boost efficiency and proactively manage high-performance, complex styles.

• Handle periodic brand review meetings (monthly FGP performance, SABR, etc.).

• Manage quality parameters and data, align with QFIs on inspections and shipments, and follow up on the inspection schedule and smooth delivery.
