• The candidate should have experience in the field of Automaton in electrical, machine, process development, manufacturing, generator, and all kinds of power.

• A professional degree will be preferred.

• Lead engineering operations covering utilities, sewing/non-sewing machinery, and automation to ensure uninterrupted production.

• Direct preventive and condition-based maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and improve OEE.

• Manage CAPEX planning, budgeting, and execution for factory expansion and construction projects.

• Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to drive equipment reliability and operator engagement.

• Lead automation initiatives and digital transformation by introducing Power BI dashboards for KPIs and sustainability reporting.

• Ensure compliance with global standards such as ISO 14001, SLCP, Higg FEM, and GRS through rigorous audits and governance.

• Leading the Industrial Automation & Process Development and responsible for all Industrial automation activities inside the manufacturing facility
