We are seeking a compatible Manager, Printing for Knitting Garments who will work for our Seamless Garment factory, J.M. Fabrics Limited at Rajendrapur, Gazipur and who meets the following Criteria:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning
Plan and schedule printing jobs based on deadlines and workload.
Allocate machines, materials, and staff for each project.
Ensure production targets are met on time.
2. Supervising Staff
Manage printing operators, technicians, and support staff.
Train employees on printing equipment and safety procedures.
Monitor staff performance and productivity.
3. Quality Control
Ensure printed materials meet quality standards.
Check color accuracy, alignment, quality and finishing.
Resolve printing defects or production issues.
4. Machine & Equipment Management
Oversee the operation of printing machines.
Schedule maintenance and repairs for printing equipment.
Ensure machines run efficiently with minimal downtime.
5. Material Management
Monitor stock levels of paper, ink, plates, chemicals, and other supplies.
Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing materials.
Control waste and optimize material usage.
6. Cost & Budget Control
Manage production costs and stay within budget.
Estimate printing costs for projects.
Improve efficiency to reduce operational expenses.
7. Client Coordination
Communicate with clients or internal departments about printing requirements.
Ensure specifications such as size, color, and finishing are followed.
Handle urgent or special printing requests.
8. Safety & Compliance
Ensure workplace safety standards are followed.
Train staff on proper handling of chemicals and machinery.
Follow environmental and industry regulations.
9. Process Improvement
Introduce new printing technologies or workflows.
Improve production efficiency and reduce errors.
Analyze production reports to optimize operations.
