• Bachelor/Honors

• BSc in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) / Textile Engineering / Apparel Engineering (BUTEX preferable)

• At most 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories

• Strong knowledge of SMV calculation & time study

• Understanding of line balancing & production planning

• Knowledge of capacity planning & manpower calculation

• Strong analytical and numerical ability

• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas), MS Office

• Basic knowledge of IE tools (Work Study, Method Study, Kaizen, 5S)

• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus

• Good communication and team coordination skills

• Understanding of garment operation breakdown

• Knowledge of machine layout & production flow

• Ability to analyze production data and efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct time study & calculate SMV for operations.

• Assist in line balancing and layout preparation.

• Monitor production efficiency and analyze variances.

• Support capacity planning & manpower calculation.

• Prepare daily IE reports and performance analysis.

• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.

• Assist in implementing IE tools (5S, Kaizen, Lean).

• Coordinate with production team for efficiency improvement.

• Perform tasks assigned by management.
