Job Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the Finance & Accounts function and provide strategic financial leadership to support business growth, profitability, and compliance. The role will oversee financial planning, reporting, treasury, taxation, and internal controls for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead overall financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financing arrangements.
* Monitor cost control and profitability of garment manufacturing operations.
* Oversee tax, VAT, customs, and export-related financial compliance.
* Strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and audit processes.
* Support management in strategic decision-making and business expansion.
* Coordinate with banks, auditors, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders
