Job Responsibilities

• Lead R&D and sample development activities in the washing unit for knit garments.

• Develop new washing techniques, effects, and finishes according to buyer requirements.

• Coordinate with merchandising, production, and quality teams to ensure successful sample development.

• Ensure correct chemical formulation and wash recipe development.

• Maintain quality standards and compliance requirements in all washing processes.

• Work on cost optimization and process improvement in washing operations.

• Troubleshoot washing issues during sample and bulk production stages.

• Train and supervise washing technicians and R&D staff.
