• Good leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple production lines.
• Strong technical understanding of dyeing and washing machines, chemicals, and process control.
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in QA department of washing/denim garments factory.   
• Strong knowledge in denim fabric behavior, washing effects, and testing methods.·      
•   Experience in buyer audit and quality reporting will get preference.

Job Context

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and highly motivated professional to join our team as an Executive – Quality Assurance (Washing & Denim) in our Dyeing and Denim Washing factory. He will be responsible for ensuring that all washed garments meet the required quality standards and buyer specifications. The position requires strong technical knowledge of denim fabrics, washing processes (wet & dry), shade variation, hand feel, and finishing effects.

The incumbent will play a key role in monitoring in-process quality, approving washing samples, and controlling quality at every stage of production — from lab development to final inspection. He will work closely with the production, R&D, and merchandising teams to ensure that each style and batch meets the desired quality, appearance, and durability standards.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically skilled, and proactive in identifying root causes of quality issues and implementing corrective actions. This position suits a quality-focused professional who can maintain consistent product standards, support continuous improvement, and uphold buyer confidence in a fast-paced denim and washing production environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the overall quality of washing processes (wet & dry).
• Check shade variation, hand feel, and appearance of washed garments as per buyer standard.
• Approve washing samples and ensure bulk production matches approved standards.
• Conduct in-line and final inspections at different washing stages.
• Identify quality issues and take immediate corrective actions with the production and technical team.
• Maintain records of quality reports, shade cards, and test results.
• Coordinate with R&D, production, and merchandising teams to meet buyer quality requirements.
• Follow buyer’s quality manual and standard operating procedures strictly.
