Job Context

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and highly motivated professional to join our team as Executive-Production –Denim Washing in our Dyeing and Denim Washing factory. The position requires strong technical knowledge of fabric dyeing, washing processes, recipe implementation, shade matching, and quality control. The incumbent must have hands-on experience in process monitoring, production planning, and efficiency improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily washing production and ensure the target achievement as per plan.

• Follow up on production schedules, quality standards, and delivery deadlines.

• Monitor recipe implementation and washing parameters (enzyme, bleach, stone, tint, etc.) to maintain desired shade and hand feel.

• Coordinate with the R&D and QA team for new wash development and bulk approval.

• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machine, and materials.

• Maintain proper documentation of production reports and washing process.

• Ensure proper safety, housekeeping, and compliance in the washing floor.

• Report production status and any deviation to the department head timely.
