Strong knowledge of garment finishing processes.

Good team management and leadership skills.

Ability to solve quality and production issues quickly.

Good communication and reporting skills.

1. Production & Finishing Management

• Assist in planning and controlling daily finishing production activities.

• Ensure garments move smoothly from sewing to finishing section.

• Monitor processes like thread trimming, ironing, folding, and packing.

• Ensure finishing targets are achieved on time.

2. Quality Control

• Ensure garments meet buyer quality standards before packing.

• Monitor inline and final inspection processes.

• Identify and solve defects such as stains, loose threads, wrong measurements, and damages.

3. Team Supervision

• Supervise line supervisors, quality inspectors, iron operators, packers, and helpers.

• Train workers on finishing standards and procedures.

• Maintain discipline and productivity in the finishing floor.

4. Packing & Shipment

• Ensure garments are packed according to buyer packing instructions.

• Verify carton quantity, labeling, polybag, and size ratio.

• Coordinate with warehouse and merchandising teams for shipment schedules.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily finishing production reports.

• Monitor packing lists, carton details, and shipment documents.

• Report finishing progress and problems to the Finishing Manager.

6. Coordination

• Work closely with Sewing, Quality, Merchandising, and Planning departments.

• Ensure finishing operations align with production and shipment deadlines.

7. Workplace Safety & Compliance

• Ensure workers follow factory safety rules.

• Maintain a clean and organized finishing floor.
