Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master's degree from a reputed Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production targets with buyer-required quality standards.
∎ Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
∎ Manage all tasks for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and on-time shipment.
∎ Coordinate all departments for smooth Knit Garments manufacturing.
∎ Closely monitor sewing and finishing getting the best possible output and giving direction on the floor.
∎ Collaborate with IE & Planning for line planning, process breakdown, check consumption, costing, and inventory.
∎ Increase production, quality and efficiency while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining compliance. Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Lead all production staff from the front and have good command on them.
∎ Ensure complete tasks to make finished goods from raw materials.
∎ Communicate always with the merchandising team and solve every production-related issue involving merchandising.
∎ Closely monitor sewing and finishing getting the best possible output and giving direction on the floor and achieving maximum production at the lowest cost.
∎ Giving feedback to garments Buyer and Buyer QC.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having Knit garments knowledge and experience will get preference.
∎ Analytical ability and problem-solving attitude are a must to meet business requirements.
∎ Achieve business KPI and leading the team towards achieving goals would be considered as the right fit.
∎ Leadership skills, People management, Ability to work under pressure, decision-making abilities, and Good interpersonal communication skills would be considered as key criteria in choosing the right candidate.
∎ Good communication skills in both Bangla & English.

Salary: Negotiable
