Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing denim merchandising operations, including order follow-up, costing, and buyer communication.

• Coordinate with production, planning, and commercial teams to ensure timely execution of orders.

• Support documentation and ERP system updates related to merchandising.

• Maintain effective communication with buyers and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

• Prepare reports and assist in presentations using MS Office tools.

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in merchandising within a reputed garment manufacturing/export-oriented organization.

• Experience working with NEXT buyers and denim products will be considered a strong advantage.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of merchandising processes and buyer communication.

• Good negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good command of written and spoken English.
