Experience in factory/ industrial security will be an advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of industrial security, Safety and emergency procedures.
Knowledge of security systems (CC-TV, access control, alarms)
Ability to handle crisis situations calmly.
Integrity, discipline and decision-making skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive security policies, procedures, and systems.
Manage and supervise security officers, guards, and supervisors; prepare duty rosters and leave schedules.
Ensure protection of company assets, materials, machinery, and information.
Oversee access control, gate management, visitor control, and CCTV surveillance systems.
Investigate security incidents, theft, misconduct, or breaches and submit reports to management.
Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire service, and emergency response agencies when required.
Conduct regular security risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with fire safety, emergency evacuation, and disaster management plans.
Organize security training, drills, and awareness programs for employees and security staff.
Maintain discipline, performance standards, and conduct regular evaluations of security personnel.
Monitor compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory security requirements.
Manage security-related records, logs, and documentation.
Any other work assigned by the management.
