Responsibilities & Context:

·         Training and developing floor staff

·         Worker and staff salary negotiation

·         Communicate to ensure next three days smooth feeding.

·         Make plan with sewing, quality & finishing incharges to improve pre-final & final inspection pass rate

·         Meet with sewing, QA & finishing incharges after sewing completion to analyse reject, missing/lost & stock lot delivery quantity, and Determine root cause and action plan for further improvement.

·         Attend Buyers PP meeting

·         Communicate with upstream process owners (material suppliers) if input is not as per requirement

·         Initiate and chair simulation meetings

·         Analyze changeover results

·         Any other responsibility as assigned by management
