Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage daily HR operations (attendance, leave, legal, safety, etc.)
∎ Draft and circulate HR documents (office notes, orders, circulars)
∎ Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, screen CVs & conduct interviews
∎ Coordinate employee onboarding & offboarding Execute payroll, increments, bonuses & appraisal processes
∎ Maintain employee records & handle final settlements Support cross-functional salary disbursements
∎ Perform additional HR tasks as assigned
