Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA in HRM/ MGT from any reputed University;
∎ Candidate's having Post-Graduation Diploma in HRM will be preferred;
∎ Minimum CGPA in Graduation is 2.75 out of 4:00 and H.S.C & S.S.C is 4.00 out of 5:00 respectively.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, HR Operations, Knowledge on Recruitment, Talent Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tiles/Ceramic
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain daily attendance, leave, and overtime records of the employees through Software.
∎ Provide necessary support to the recruitment team and input data of newly recruited employees.
∎ Maintain individual personal files and input update service records accordingly.
∎ Input data from the HR Department regarding recruitment, sourcing candidates, training, salary fixation and confirmation, and yearly increment of workers and staff.
∎ Assist Manager for employee rewards, Incentive works, etc.
∎ Arrange training program for workers & staffs on PPE, MSDS, salary break down, leave procedure, first aid, grievance procedure, firefighting, health & safety, compensation, benefit etc.
∎ Assist the HR Department to run smoothly the day-to-day general HR function of the unit.
∎ Support to maintain disciplinary procedure and prepare F/S bill, ML benefit bill, etc.
∎ Perform other jobs as assigned by the Manager.

∎ Age at least 22 years

∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, enthusiastic and result-oriented.
∎ Excellent communication both in written and speaking in English.
∎ Must be familiar with MS-Office.
∎ Willing to stay beside Factory premises at own accord.
