Responsibilities & Context:

• Issue Mushak-6.3 for dealers and corporate clients, and Mushak-6.5 for finished goods transferred from the factory to the warehouse.

• Maintain Mushak registers (Mushak-6.1: Purchase Register, Mushak-6.2: Sales Register) systematically.

• Calculate SD & VAT using Excel and reconcile with VAT software outputs.

• Prepare CHAK KA & CHAK KHA (Warehouse forms) on a monthly basis.

• Record local purchase challans into the internal software.

• Assist in preparing and submitting monthly VAT returns.

• Ensure all VAT-related documentation is audit-ready.

• Support management during VAT audits and address queries from Customs, VAT & Excise officials.
