Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall production laboratory operations to ensure product quality and process efficiency.

• Monitor and control formulation, body development, and tile property standards.

• Ensure smooth coordination between laboratory, production lines, and utility sections.

• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Lead, guide, and supervise lab personnel, technicians, and trainees.

• Support continuous improvement, innovation, and cost optimization initiatives.

• Coordinate with production, maintenance, procurement, and management teams.
