Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage company automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
∎ Implementation of business intelligence tools and processes and develop analytic Dashboards/ Visual reports.
∎ Gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders, finding out clients' business needs.
∎ Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
∎ Assist with the review of end-user documentation and training materials. Conduct end-user training as a trainer.
∎ User Administration of CRM & other systems to be implemented.
∎ Coordinate with Central BPM team for ERP, CRM & other Operational support.
∎ Collaborative and team-oriented, with an ability to build strong working relationships across levels and departments.
∎ Capability and eagerness to think outside the box for implementing automation with Industry 4.0.
∎ Very strong issue tracking and issue management skills as the SPOC for CRM, Planning and Maintenance Module (eAM) support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 years of work experience in Techno-Functional category.
∎ Minimum 3-4 years of hands on experience in operation of consumer goods using digital technologies and tools in SQL/CRM/ERP (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
∎ Very strong understanding of marketing & sales operations and Customer Relationship Management concepts.
∎ Good understanding of digital tools & technologies in the context of Marketing, Sales & CRM.
∎ Advance data analytics and computing skills would be an advantage.
∎ Time-management, organizational and planning skills.
∎ Strong written/verbal communication, relationship management skills, and attention to detail.
∎ Excellent presentation skills.
