∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Training and Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying Individual Training Needs.
∎ Scheduling and imparting Training Sessions based on identified training needs.
∎ Designing and preparing training modules.
∎ Setting standards for improvement.
∎ Assess individuals' improvement.
∎ Conduct initial need analysis to determine knowledge gaps and training needs.
∎ Work with senior officials to develop training programs.
∎ Develop all instructional materials, training aids, handouts, and evaluation forms.
∎ Prepare annual training budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
∎ Conduct induction/orientation sessions for the newly joined employees.
∎ Provide performance feedback to the management.
