Documentation & record-keeping
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage buyer orders, review specs, and confirm feasibility with production teams.
Plan and track milestones through TNA calendars to ensure on-time execution.
Coordinate sampling, sourcing, production, and quality teams for smooth operations.
Oversee material sourcing and approvals for fabrics, trims, and accessories.
Lead sample development, implement buyer feedback, and ensure quality standards.
Monitor production and shipments to secure timely delivery and buyer satisfaction.
