Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain payroll management of the Company. Ensures 100% accuracy of salaries and employee benefits
∎ Ensures on-time disbursement of salary and other benefits.
∎ Having sound knowledge of HR Software
∎ Maintain and control of all types of leaves and attendance through HRIS
∎ To prepare new employees personal files and update the HR software accordingly
∎ Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
∎ Monitor and ensure compliance to the human resource policy and procedure of the organization ensuring discipline and prompt service delivery of the employees
∎ Maintain office discipline and behavior as per company rules & Policy
∎ Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate
∎ Perform other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in the use of MS Office.
∎ Intermediate user of MS Excel
