Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any reputed university, preferably BSMRMU.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain CV Bank of NCV- Master & Engineer (MEO-4) for recruitment.
∎ Conduct Interview of Vessel staff.
∎ Complete recruitment process of vessel staff.
∎ Manage an effective employee performance evaluation system.
∎ Manage attendance of vessel staffs.
∎ Manage leave of Vessel staff as per leave policy.
∎ Prepare salary sheet as per salary scale.
∎ Prepare yearly increment & bonus sheet of vessel staffs.
∎ Calculate final settlement benefit of resignation and termination employees and process for approval.
∎ Manage disciplinary actions.
∎ Maintain database of vessels' Inland Master & Drivers' Certificate of Competency.
∎ Complete necessary procedure for getting dispensation from department of shipping.
∎ Keep all legal documents of Tanker Vessels up to date from concern authority such as DOS, MMD & Classification Society.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have clear concept about Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and amended.
∎ Should have clear understanding of The Inland Shipping Ordinance, 1976 and other rules and regulations related to Inland shipping.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
