Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Look after general office administrative activities. Supervision and control of duties and responsibilities of support staffs (HR & Admin dept.)
∎ Monitoring the rules and regulations according to Bangladesh labor laws (with latest amendment)·
∎ Manage an efficient and effective HR management system is in place to support all the employees of the organization & ensure their Manage wellbeing.
∎ Negotiate and resolve daily problems among workers/staff on administrative issues.
∎ Monitoring all type of Compliance audits and others Certification Audits.
∎ Managing the payroll Software.
∎ Preparing and updating leave status, Daily Attendance, salary adjustment and individual salary statement.
∎ Solve compliance issues & prepare CAP based on different audit.
∎ Organizing all training programs·
∎ Update personal file.
∎ Any other task given by management.
