Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA from any reputed university (IBA, Dhaka University, BUP, BRAC University and NSU are preferred).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR & Admin functions and duties.
∎ Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
∎ Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
∎ Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) administration and take minutes.
∎ Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
∎ Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
∎ Communicate with public services when necessary.
∎ Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
∎ Coordinate and communicate with candidates and schedule interviews.
∎ Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
∎ Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
∎ Assist in coordinating general administration.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Must be able to work hybrid.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both English and Bengali
∎ Must be hardworking, proactive, self-responsible, able to work under pressure
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, e-mail, Internet etc)
Salary: Negotiable
