Job Context

The incumbent will be responsible for developing strategic HR policies, ensuring efficient administrative operations, and creating a positive and performance-driven work environment across all business units


Job Responsibilities

Human Resource Management

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and systems aligned with company goals.

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

  • Plan and monitor manpower requirements and succession planning.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company HR policies.

  • Lead initiatives for organizational development, culture building, and employee engagement.

  • Guide and supervise the HR team to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

    Administration

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all administrative activities across projects, offices, and sites.

  • Oversee security, logistics, transport, office maintenance, housekeeping, and general services.

  • Manage company assets, property records, and office facilities efficiently.

  • Implement and monitor administrative cost control measures.

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, company rules, and safety policies.

  • Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies as required.

  • Maintain high standards of discipline, attendance, and office conduct.

    Leadership & Coordination

    • Work closely with top management in strategic planning and policy formulation.

    • Ensure inter-departmental coordination and effective communication within the organization.

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to ensure organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction
