Master’s in HRM / Management / Public Administration / Business Administration from a reputed university.
Postgraduate Diploma in HRM will be an added advantage.
Age: 40 to 55 years (flexible for highly qualified candidates).
Strong leadership and decision-making ability.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and regulatory compliance.
Proven record of managing large teams and multi-location operations.
Proficiency in MS Office, PIHR/ERP systems, and HR analytics.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing strategic HR policies, ensuring efficient administrative operations, and creating a positive and performance-driven work environment across all business units
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and systems aligned with company goals.
Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
Plan and monitor manpower requirements and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company HR policies.
Lead initiatives for organizational development, culture building, and employee engagement.
Guide and supervise the HR team to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Administration
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all administrative activities across projects, offices, and sites.
Oversee security, logistics, transport, office maintenance, housekeeping, and general services.
Manage company assets, property records, and office facilities efficiently.
Implement and monitor administrative cost control measures.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, company rules, and safety policies.
Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies as required.
Maintain high standards of discipline, attendance, and office conduct.
Leadership & Coordination
Work closely with top management in strategic planning and policy formulation.
Ensure inter-departmental coordination and effective communication within the organization.
Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to ensure organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction
