Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy, processes and implementation.
∎ • Manage Performance Marketing campaigns to help acquire new customers and drive traffic towards our platform with a focus on paid tactics
∎ • Research and develop campaign strategy including; target audience, budgets, plan KPIs and targeted media channels
∎ • Develop, execute, analyze and optimize online marketing campaigns (social networks, SEO, email etc.) in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
∎ Create and manage Google Ad campaigns (SEM) and Facebook Ads
∎ Setting KPIs, particularly around sign-up, activations, cost-per-acquisition and cost-per-activation
∎ Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns
∎ Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimization action plans
∎ Communicate regular metrics and findings from campaigns and analyze performance, insights, blockers and areas of opportunity.
∎ Coordinate with the HO Marketing / External agencies (for example, co-marketing agencies, event management companies, ad agencies) for organizing digital campaigns
∎ Track and monitor marketing expenses, and provide inputs to the Head of Marketing, as required (for example, plan vs. actual spend, unplanned expenditure, spend on special projects, benefits accrued through marketing expenditure).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Knowledge of e-marketing tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads
∎ Strong quantitative orientation (must love spreadsheets)
∎ Proven track record of delivering business results
∎ Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-paced environment and passionate about product
