  • Succession Planning and Corporate Culture Development
  • Employee Engagement and Talent Acquisition
  • Branding and Talent Management
  • Technical & Additional Requirements,

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Payroll software and ERP systems
  • Excellent command of English and computer applications
  • Sound knowledge of Labor Law and compliance requirements

Responsibilities & Context:

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and execute annual HR & Admin strategy aligned with business objectives

  • Ensure HR & Admin plans support business needs while maintaining organizational flexibility

  • Lead strategic manpower planning and succession planning initiatives

  • Driving organizational development and corporate culture enhancement

Operational Management:

  • Monitor and ensure strict compliance with all HR and Admin policies and procedures

  • Manage comprehensive HR operations including compensation, training, compliance, and HRIS

  • Oversee talent management, performance management, and employee engagement programs

  • Design, implement, and review department-specific training programs

Team Leadership & Coordination:

  • Lead HR and Admin team with effective assignment distribution and coordination

  • Work closely with various departments in a coordinating role

  • Assist line managers in understanding and implementing HR policies and procedures

  • Ensure proper administrative support services coordination across departments

Policy Development & Compliance:

  • Create and periodically review HR & Admin policies and processes

  • Recommend suitable policy modifications based on organizational needs

  • Develop and enforce company policies, SOPs, and procedures

  • Ensure sound knowledge and application of Labor Law requirements

Administrative Excellence:

  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

  • Check, recommend, and approve bills for payment accurately and timely

  • Handle legal assignments as directed by management

  • Manage Process Improvement and Branding initiatives
