Bachelor`s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering.

• At least 15 years

• 15+ years of experience in denim washing and 5-7 years in senior leadership roles.

• Expertise in denim chemistry, enzymes, finishing techniques, and garment aesthetics, with a proven track record working with international denim buyers.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, cost management skills, and experience in subcontract management, cost control, and product/process analysis.

Job Responsibility:

• Oversee all denim washing processes, including enzyme wash, stone wash, bleach, acid wash, vintage, laser, ozone, whisker, and hand finishing.

• Lead R&D and wash development to align with buyer trends, fashion, and buyer-approved wash recipes during bulk production.

• Ensure strict adherence to wash recipes and manage chemical consumption, water usage, and cost control per piece.

• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with teams (Merchandising, Denim Production, QA, IE, and Planning).

• Drive sustainability initiatives, manage compliance with environmental regulations, and prepare KPI dashboards and performance reports.
