MINIMUM 10-15 YEARS` EXPERIENCE IN WOVEN GARMENTS (SHIRTS, TROUSERS, OUTERWEAR), INCLUDING 3-5 YEARS IN A MANAGERIAL OR SENIOR TECHNICAL ROLE; EXPERIENCE WITH REPUTED INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (H&M, KIABI, TARGET USA, DECATHLON, RALPH LAUREN, VF, INDITEX, ETC.) PREFERRED.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibility:
- Lead full sample development (Proto, Fit, Size Set, PP, Shipment) and ensure production feasibility.
- Review tech packs and manage pattern making, grading, and marker planning with accuracy.
- Conduct PP meetings, approve pilot runs, and provide technical guidance during bulk production.
- Troubleshoot sewing/finishing/washing issues and maintain consistent fit and measurements.
- Liaise with buyers and train teams to improve workmanship, productivity, and reduce rejection rates.
