Prior experience of dealing documentation for major buyers like Primark, H&M and Zara is highly preferred.

Must be an Excel Expert (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)

Young, energetic and possesses sound knowledge of RMG export documentation.

The Jr. Executive – Commercial (Export) will assist in export documentation and shipment coordination. The role involves liaising with buyers, freight forwarders, banks, and internal teams to ensure timely shipments in compliance with export regulations and company procedures.

Brief JD:

Prepare Sales Contracts, Commercial Invoices and all necessary shipping documents.

Manage booking submissions and issue EXP.

Constant follow-up with C&F agents and Freight Forwarders to ensure timely shipments.
