Education:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements
18–22 years of experience in the Knit Composite RMG industry.
At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role (AGM/DGM/GM – Production).
Experience working with internationally reputed buyers will be preferred.
Additional Requirements
Proven experience managing 60 to 70 active sewing lines in a large-scale garment manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills across high-volume production floors.
Excellent knowledge of Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Production Planning, Industrial Engineering (IE), Quality Management, and productivity improvement.
Sound understanding and practical application of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S principles.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet challenging production deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and specialized garment production reporting/ERP systems.

A leading Knit Composite RMG Group in Bangladesh is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professional for the position of Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Production. The selected candidate will lead the Production Department, ensuring operational excellence, optimum productivity, on-time shipment, quality compliance, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing process.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall production operations of a Knit Composite manufacturing facility.
Develop and execute production plans to achieve shipment targets while maintaining the required quality standards.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and other production resources.
Monitor production efficiency, productivity, line balancing, and capacity utilization to improve operational performance.
Coordinate closely with Merchandising, Planning, Industrial Engineering (IE), Quality, Maintenance, and Commercial teams.
Minimize production losses through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, company policies, and applicable labor laws.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and other productivity improvement initiatives.
Monitor key production KPIs, including efficiency, DHU, absenteeism, overtime, rejection rate, and on-time delivery.
Lead, coach, and develop Production Managers, Line Chiefs, and Supervisors.
Ensure workplace safety, compliance, and employee engagement throughout the production floor.
Prepare production reports and present performance updates to Top Management.
